고객불만사항에 대한 조사
귀하의 불만 사항을 접수하는 대로 당사 직원이 귀하와 문제를 논의하고 필요한 경우 조사를 완료할 것입니다.
당사의 내부 절차는 일반적으로 불만 사항을 처리하는 데 최대 14일이 소요됩니다.

Cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin are extremely volatile and can move or jump in price with no apparent reason due to lack of liquidity and ad hoc news.
